1. Support Daily Sales Operations
  • Assist Sales Managers with day-to-day coordination, documentation, and communication.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales and business activities across departments.
2. Learn and Master Company Processes
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products, sales workflows, customer management approaches, and key operational procedures.
  • Participate in rotational exposures across relevant teams.
3. Analyze Sales & Business Performance
  • Track revenue, pipeline movement, and customer trends.
  • Conduct data analysis and produce clear, actionable reports to support decision-making.
4. Participate in Strategic Planning & Reviews
  • Join planning sessions, sales meetings, and performance evaluations.
  • Contribute insights and support initiatives that drive business growth.
5. Prepare and Deliver Presentations
  • Develop professional presentations on performance findings, market research, and improvement opportunities.
  • Share insights with Sales Managers and internal teams.
6. Support Team Culture & Collaboration
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive, productive, and growth-oriented environment.
  • Assist in internal coordination and team communication.
7. Conduct Market & Business Research
  • Perform research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales strategies, productivity, and customer engagement.
