Zusammenfassung

RecruitFirst is seeking a diligent Sales Support/Customer Service professional in Kovan, Singapore, to assist in leasing and marketing activities on a 4-month contract. You will handle outbound calls, coordinate viewings, and maintain CRM records.

You'll support the sales pipeline, assist with administrative tasks, and back marketing campaigns and events as needed. Mon-Fri 9am-6pm; up to $2,500 monthly basic.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, sales support, telesales, hospitality, healthcare, or related).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Experience in hospitality, property leasing, healthcare or service-related industries will be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Follow up on customer enquiries and existing leads through outbound calls and other communication channels.
• Arrange and coordinate viewings, consultations, and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Support the management of the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and customer engagement.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and coordination related to leasing and marketing activities.
• Provide support for marketing campaigns, customer outreach initiatives, and events when required.
