Job summary

Form & Space Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a driven Sales Interior Designer to convert enquiries into projects and manage clients from first consultation to handover.

You will follow up on enquiries and showroom visits, present renovation services, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate and close sales, and work toward monthly targets while coordinating with design and site teams for a smooth handover and lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience in renovation, interior design, carpentry, cabinetry or furniture.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Basic design sense and ability to read floor plans; SketchUp is a bonus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to manage your own pipeline.
• Knowledge of HDB, condominium and landed renovation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on enquiries and showroom visits, and run client consultations.
• Understand clients' needs, lifestyle and budget, and recommend design/renovation solutions.
• Present renovation services and modular cabinet packages.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate and close sales.
• Work towards monthly sales targets and keep accurate records of leads.
• Prepare space plans and basic 3D layouts; coordinate with design/site teams for handover.
• Maintain long-term client relationships for referrals.
