Job summary

The Orange Cube Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is expanding its sales interior design team and seeking a dynamic Sales Interior Designer who enjoys meeting people, understands homeowners’ needs, and can close renovation projects.

You will meet homeowners, propose design concepts, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed projects. This role offers leads, a strong commission scheme, and continuous training in design standards and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in interior design/renovation sales or related sales roles.
• Strong interest in interior design, space planning and home renovation.
• Comfortable meeting clients in person, conducting site visits and following up via phone/WhatsApp.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills – able to explain design and costs clearly to homeowners.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, able to manage your own appointments and sales pipeline.
• Able to work on weekends or evenings when required for client appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to understand renovation needs, budget and lifestyle requirements.
• Propose design concepts, space planning ideas and material selections.
• Prepare quotations and project proposals, explaining inclusions and exclusions.
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp and showroom appointments to convert into projects.
• Manage the project lifecycle with the operations team from design to handover.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure works meet design and schedule.
• Provide good after-sales service to build long-term relationships and referrals.
• Keep updated on renovation trends, materials and regulations relevant to Singapore properties.
