Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in sales with related design.
• Passionate about design and connecting with clients.
• Positive working attitude, sales-driven, highly self-motivated.
• Able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Any designing programs.

Responsibilities

• New sales acquisition for commercial retail renovation projects.
• Actively pursue and convert sales through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Preparation of design consultations, proposals, and sales quotations based on clients' requirements.
• Undertake and manage sales process throughout from consultation to project completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Collaborate and conduct consultations with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Provide personalized interior design recommendations based on client preferences and budget.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status.
• Manage client contracts, invoices, and other administrative tasks related to sales.
