Job summary

Handmark Interior Design Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a sales-driven Interior Designer who can turn enquiries into confirmed projects. You will meet homeowners, understand renovation needs, present ideas and quotations, handle objections, and close sales.

This role offers company-generated leads, showroom and operational support, and potential for higher earnings based on performance. You will coordinate with the team after sales and ensure smooth project handover while achieving sales

Qualifications

• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Confident when meeting and presenting to clients.
• Sales-oriented with a strong closing mindset.
• Proactive in following up leads — not someone who simply waits for clients to respond.
• Able to understand customers’ concerns and overcome objections.
• Interior design/renovation sales experience is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, presentable and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Attend to company-provided leads and enquiries.
• Conduct consultations with potential clients.
• Understand clients’ renovation requirements and budget.
• Prepare and present quotations/proposals.
• Follow up actively with potential clients.
• Handle price objections and negotiations professionally.
• Build trust and confidence with homeowners.
• Convert qualified leads into signed renovation projects.
• Coordinate with the team after sales confirmation for smooth project handover.
