Job summary

PROJECT 19 INTERIOR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Interior Designer to engage clients, deliver interior design and space planning solutions, coordinate and supervise projects, and grow your career with training and entrepreneurial opportunities.

You will attend appointments, develop design concepts, and drive sales through a team-oriented, flexible work environment with uncapped earning potential. Training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate passion for interior design and a willingness to learn continuously.
• Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset focused on sales and team leadership development.
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience; candidates without experience may be considered based on interview performance.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients by attending appointments to understand and fulfill their interior design needs
• Develop interior design concepts and perform space planning to create functional and aesthetic environments
• Coordinate project sites to ensure smooth execution and timely progress of design plans
• Supervise project sites to maintain quality standards and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve sales targets and support team-building initiatives
• Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to drive sales growth and explore uncapped earning potential
• Participate actively in training programs during the probation period to enhance design and sales skills
