Job summary

Met Interior in Singapore is seeking motivated individuals passionate about design, sales and project management to grow with our team. Earn a monthly base salary plus attractive commission and enjoy company-provided leads.

Work on residential and commercial renovations, including HDB and condos, with opportunities in landed properties, A&A, rebuilding and construction coordination. We provide training, guidance, and clear career progression from Junior Designer to Senior Designer and Design

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior design or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome – training will be provided.
• Sales motivation and ability to meet targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in project management and construction coordination.

Responsibilities

• Attend to company-provided sales enquiries and meet prospective clients.
• Understand clients' renovation requirements, lifestyle needs, budget and design preferences.
• Develop design concepts, space planning, material selections and design presentations.
• Prepare project quotations and cost estimates.
• Manage projects from initial consultation and design development through construction to final handover.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress, workmanship and schedules.
• Ensure projects are completed according to design requirements and client expectations.
• For landed projects, gain exposure to A&A, reconstruction, rebuilding, structural works and building construction coordination.

Requirements
