POSH HOME HOLDING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Interior Designer in Singapore to bridge design excellence with commercial success.

This full-time role combines client-facing sales with creative interior design to transform visions into beautifully executed spaces. You will consult with clients, develop design concepts, present mood boards and 3D visuals, and manage the sales process from first meeting through project completion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of professional interior design experience, preferably with a sales focus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing projects.
• Solid knowledge of interior design principles and spatial planning.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand design requirements, budgets, and preferences.
• Develop creative interior design concepts and presentations aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare detailed design proposals, mood boards, floor plans and 3D visuals.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial consultation to handover.
