Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a role to support HR systems implementation, testing and data management. You will assist with UAT, data migration, system documentation and user guides for HR modules, and serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on system-related queries.

You will consolidate and analyze HR data related to compensation, benefits and performance, prepare reports for regular reviews, and participate in industry benchmarking surveys.
