Job summary

in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales operations, develop new business opportunities, and support revenue growth by implementing strategic plans and managing client relationships. You will lead a team, coordinate with internal departments to fulfil customer requirements, conduct market analysis, prepare forecasts and budgets, and participate in client meetings to advance sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related discipline.
• Experience supervising or coordinating sales activities is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and business development strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with CRM systems.
• Results-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Manage daily sales operations including handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and following up on sales activities.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and prepare detailed sales reports for management review.
• Support and supervise sales team members to enhance productivity and ensure achievement of sales objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Participate in client meetings, business negotiations, presentations, and sales discussions to advance sales objectives.
• Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and business expansion plans.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve sales-related issues professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Perform additional sales and business development duties as assigned by management.
