is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive in Singapore to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives aligned with company objectives. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, conduct market research, and prepare proposals to support client acquisition.

Qualificações

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields, or relevant practical experience.
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated, proactive, customer-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to enhance customer loyalty.
• Conduct market research to analyze potential customers, market trends, and industry developments.
• Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, presentations, and relevant sales documents to support client acquisition.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, negotiate terms with customers, and facilitate the sales closing process.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development goals.
• Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Develop and coordinate marketing materials, promotional content, and sales presentations to support marketing efforts.
• Support social media marketing and digital advertising initiatives to enhance market reach.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for strengthening market presence.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement promotional activities effectively.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and activity reports for effective tracking.
• Monitor sales performance, gather customer feedback, and track market developments to inform strategy.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall business operations.
