Sing Kong Environmental Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a sales-focused professional in Singapore who enjoys meeting customers, closing deals, and following up.

The role covers sales, project delivery coordination, and operations support for HVLS fans, mist cooling, dehumidifiers, and air-conditioning systems. You will visit sites, quote solutions, manage subcontractors and ensure smooth handovers with customers, aiming to grow existing accounts and renewals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience in Singapore with equipment or systems requiring installation.
• Ability to quote, close and deliver jobs involving a sub-contractor and discuss power supply, mounting and water points with a contractor.
• Close follower who can chase quotations and secure signatures.
• Calm, organized, able to work to monthly sales targets and coordinate with operations.

Responsibilities

• Sell to homeowners, condo committees, facility managers and businesses; visit sites, quote, close and manage pipeline.
• Coordinate project delivery: brief subcontractors, confirm site readiness, schedule installs and ensure customer sign-off.
• Coordinate operations: schedule, stock, service visits, invoicing, and develop distributor partnerships over time.
