Job summary

Sing Kong Environmental Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to drive new business for cooling and mosquito control solutions. You will visit sites, quote, and close deals with homeowners, condo committees, facility managers, and businesses, while coordinating installation and handover with subcontractors.

Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, scheduling installations, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of sales experience in Singapore with equipment or systems that require installation.
Diploma in any discipline; engineering or building services an advantage.
Written and spoken English required; Mandarin or Malay an advantage.
Class 3 licence an advantage.

Responsibilities

Handle inquiries from homeowners, condo committees, facility managers and businesses; visit sites, quote and close deals.
Coordinate project delivery for HVLS, mist, dehumidifier and aircon jobs; brief subcontractors and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate operations: scheduling, stock, service visits and invoicing; record leads, quotations and orders.
Develop pest-control distributors and other channel partners over time.
