Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive (Tender / Camera/Photography) to drive corporate sales and manage tender submissions. Based at North Bridge Road, you will handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to win government and corporate tenders.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary, health insurance, and commission. Prior experience with tenders and procurement platforms is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, sales coordination, business development or tender support.
• Experience handling corporate, institutional or government customers is advantageous.
• Experience preparing government or corporate tender submissions is advantageous.
• Familiarity with GeBIZ or similar procurement platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate customer enquiries, quotations, orders and follow-up.
• Promote the company’s products and services to corporate and institutional customers.
• Prepare corporate and export quotations and related sales documents.
• Identify and monitor government and public-sector tender opportunities.
• Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, supporting documents, product specifications and pricing.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and external parties to obtain information required for tender submissions.
• Follow up on submitted tenders, clarifications, purchase orders and contract requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with corporate customers and resolve sales-related issues.
• Support business development activities and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Maintain accurate sales, quotation and tender records.

• Location: North Bridge Road-near City Hall MRT
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday9.00 - 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3700 + Variable Bonus + Health Insurance + Commission
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Photo or video equipment
