LINK2 MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales Executive in Senoko to develop new business opportunities and nurture existing customer relationships. The role includes lead generation, quotations, order follow-up, and achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will engage in client meetings, site visits, and travel island-wide, supported by a 5-day work week and standard office hours.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience or knowledge in packaging or printing is advantageous.
• Willing to travel island-wide for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints professionally and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Follow up on customer orders and sales requirements.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor relevant market trends and competitor activities.
• Attend client meetings and conduct site visits when required.
• Maintain proper sales and customer records.

Requirements

• Preferably 2 years of relevant sales experience .
• Experience or knowledge in the packaging or printing industry is advantageous.
• Comfortable attending client meetings and travelling for site visits island-wide.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel, Word and email.
• Class 3 driving licence required.
• Good communication, customer-service and relationship-management skills.
