Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to generate new business for Security, Cleaning and Facilities Management services. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation and contract award.

You will build strong relationships with clients, managing agents, property managers and business owners, and coordinate with Operations and HR on service implementation and manpower requirements. Commission incentives accompany base salary.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in Security, Facilities Management, Cleaning, Property Management, or Manpower Outsourcing will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Job description

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 + Commission / Sales Incentives
Location: Kaki Bukit

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in Security, Facilities Management, Cleaning, Property Management, or Manpower Outsourcing will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with MCSTs, managing agents, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, or corporate clients will be an advantage.
