Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience (not fresh graduates).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers/leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Follow up on inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle client queries, order processing, and after-sales follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities (CRM or equivalent).
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
• Assist with market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Support sales-related administrative tasks (invoicing coordination, contracts, documentation).
• Assist with participation in trade shows, exhibitions, or client events as needed.
