Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a capable sales professional for its electronics manufacturing division in Ang Mo Kio. The role involves following up leads, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with overseas factories, and managing the sales process from sample to mass production.

The ideal candidate has at least O-Level; basic electronics knowledge; strong communication; willingness to travel overseas frequently; driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level education.
• Basic knowledge of Electronics or Electrical principles.
• Willing to travel overseas regularly.
• Good communication and presentation skills to liaise with customers and supporting teams overseas.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads provided by the company, conduct client research and identify additional business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Understand customers' technical and business requirements and recommend suitable customised wire and cable assembly solutions.
• Coordinate with customers and overseas factories to support product development, customisation and technical requirements.
• Manage the sales process from sample development through to mass production, working closely with assigned coordinators.
• Monitor customers' forecasts, business requirements and orders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations and sales opportunities to secure new business.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing support to ensure business continuity.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and share customer feedback with internal development teams.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate customer and sales records, analyse sales activities and follow up on customer payment status.
• Travel overseas regularly to meet customers and coordinate with the company's manufacturing facilities.

• Salary: Up to $2,800 basic + $600 transport / vehicle maintenance allowance + overseas travel allowance + AWS

• Working Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm

Our client is an established manufacturer specialising in wire and cable assemblies and interconnect systems, serving the automotive, consumer, medical and industrial sectors, with additional capabilities in New Product Introduction (NPI) and IoT product development support.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level education.

• Entry-level candidates with relevant Electronics/Electrical knowledge are welcome.

• Comfortable with frequent overseas travel.

• Class 3 driving licence is preferred.
