Job summary

Elsie’s Kitchen Catering Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to secure catering leads and drive sales.

You will understand menu selections and promotions to tailor recommendations for events, and handle inquiries by phone and email. You will promptly prepare quotations and confirmations for clients, while building rapport to ensure a memorable experience. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Experience in F&B sales is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Secure Sales lead and business opportunities to increase catering sales

• To understand fully, catering menu selections and promotions to make appropriate recommendations and offer advice to meet client’s needs for the event

• Familiar with all ordering policies

• Handle event enquiries through phone and emails

• To develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients to create an overall memorable experience for all

• Produce quotations and confirmations to all clients in a timely manner

• Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary

• Liaise and coordinate with Kitchen and Operations Departments and ensure timely delivery for all orders

• Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business.

Job Requirements:

• Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment

• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines when required

• Strong team player with the ability to build rapport and maintain collaborative working relationships

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

• Sales commission scheme with good benefits (medical, breakfast, lunch provided)

• Passionate about F&B industry

• Experience in F&B sales preferred and considered an advantage

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
