Job summary

JP Pepperdine Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales targets and expand the corporate client base.

You will assist clients with event planning, packaging, and menu selections, and prepare customized proposals and orders. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and willingness to work beyond hours including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience is required.
• Strong speaking, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Driven with a proven sales track record in similar roles.
• Familiarity with basic office tools; able to process sales inquiries and distribute orders.
• Good time management, resilience and problem-solving abilities; willing to work beyond hours.
• 5.5 days’ work week.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide service recovery as needed.
• Track daily activities and update customer records.
• Study competitor offerings and spot new market trends.

Roles and responsibility:

• 1)Drive sales to ensure personal target is met.


• 2)Actively seek out new sales opportunities by generating new corporate client list through social media, telemarketing, and/or direct sales visitations to clients and potential clients


• 3)Assist clients in event planning, packaging, menu selections by understanding their specific needs and requirements


• 4)Preparing sales quotes/ customized proposals and event orders


• 5)Handling client requests, enquiries and follow ups


• 6)Establish client relationship and build rapport, delivering total customer satisfactions


• 7)Work closely with kitchen and operation departments to deliver clients’ expectations


• 8)Ability to execute and orchestrate any last-minute changes or details to functions


• 9)Service recovery


• 10) Reporting: Track daily activities and update customer records


• 11) Market Research: Study competitor offerings and spot new market trends.

Requirements:
