D.I.S. AIRCONDITIONING & ELECTRICAL PTE LTD is seeking a sales executive in Singapore to drive growth in the HVAC services sector.

You will source new customers, handle inquiries, prepare quotations within 24 hours, and manage the full sales cycle from negotiation to payment collection. You will maintain strong customer relationships, schedule technicians, update bookings, and support marketing activities and other departments as needed, with a 5.5-day work week and a focus on meeting monthly

• Assist in roadshows and marketing activities; support other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

• Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation, closing, delivery coordination, and payment collection.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout.

• Confirm next-day appointments with customers and update all bookings in the system.

• Schedule and coordinate technicians' daily job assignments.

• Inform clients promptly of any delays or service issues.

• Prepare quotations for replacement or new air-conditioning installations.

• Liaise with clients via phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp for follow-ups and updates.

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
