Job summary

Aver Asia (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive rental and sale of industrial equipment. You will visit customers on site, tailor equipment recommendations, prepare quotations and follow up to close deals.

You will update ERP records, coordinate with operations for delivery, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Must possess valid Class 3 driving license.
• Knowledge in industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Good English and Mandarin communication to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer queries about sales and rental of equipment.

• Update rental transactions in the ERP system promptly.
• Coordinate with operations to arrange smooth equipment delivery.
• Submit quotations, POs and Delivery Orders to billing for invoicing.
• Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
• Identify and source new customers and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customers’ queries pertaining to sales and rental of equipment.




• Visit customers at site and recommend suitable equipment according to customers’ requirements.




• Prepare Quotation, follow up with customers and ensure timely closure of deals.




• Update rental transactions in ERP system promptly.




• Coordinate with the operations team to arrange and ensure smooth equipment delivery.




• Submit signed Quotation, Purchase Order and Delivery Order to billing team for Invoice issuance in a timely manner.




• Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.




• Identify and source potential new customers and business opportunities.




• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.




• Must possess valid class 3 driving license.




• Knowledge in industrial equipment will be an advantage.




• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.




• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.




• Good communication in English and Mandarin as need to serve Mandarin speaking customer.
