Job summary

WAH & HUA PTE LTD is seeking a sales-oriented professional to drive personal and company sales targets in Singapore. You will attend to customer needs, promote services, and build strategic client relationships to expand the pipeline and ensure timely contract renewals.

The role requires strong communication skills, an interpersonal approach, and the ability to coordinate with operations and accounts to resolve issues and collect payments.

Responsibilities

• To achieve and exceed personal/company sales target and KPIs
• Attend to customers’ needs and requirements and provide prompt after-sales service
• Actively look and contact prospective customers and customer segments who needs our product/services
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients
• Promote new services to existing and prospective clients
• Prepare tenders documents, quotations, and contracts
• Perform client retention activities and ensure contract renewals are done in a timely manner
• Building of relevant prospects and pipelines
• Work closely with Operation department on customer work orders and bins dispatch, and assist to resolve issues related to the customer
• Assist Accounts Department with payment collection

Requirements

• Diploma of any field or any other equivalent qualification
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably with own vehicle
• Singaporean Only
