About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join the team at Memories Of Life Pte. Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building lasting relationships with customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial part in achieving our ambitious growth targets.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and prospecting new sales leads within your designated territory
• Arranging and conducting in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns
• Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Attending relevant industry events and networking to expand our customer base

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the sales industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using CRM software
• A self-motivated and resilient approach to sales, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• A valid Class 3 driver's license
