Job summary

CT-ART CREATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales-oriented professional in Singapore to clinch projects, respond to inquiries, and chase new opportunities. The role involves participating in tenders, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth handovers to Design and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be capable of working independently or in a team. Driving licence and own vehicle are a plus, with entry-level applicants welcome.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma, in any field.
• Preferably at least 2 years working experience in related field.
• The ability and desire to sell.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence & vehicle (Preferred but not a prerequisite)
• Entry level candidates are also welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• To clinch sales projects and meet sales quota
• To respond and follow up on sales enquiries

• To ensure information is properly handed over to Design and Operations Team
• To consistently monitor project progress and coordinate with all departments involved to ensure timely project delivery
• To verify accuracy of invoices (internal/external) and follow up with clients on payments whenever necessary.
• To prepare sales documentations at the point of handing over to client
• To assist Sales Manager to perform any other related duties as required
