Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and issuing sales quotations, processing orders, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

  • Coordinate with the Commercial Director to support sales workflows.
  • Prepare materials such as sales presentations, brochures, proposal documents, and demo kits for client engagements.
  • Support the Commercial Director in generating reports, compiling performance dashboards, and maintaining up-to-date CRM data.
  • Assist in client-facing activities, including explaining product features, responding to basic inquiries, and guiding new users through onboarding steps.
  • Provide post-onboarding follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.
  • Help organize internal sales meetings and external customer visits or presentations.

This role reports to the Commercial Director of the company. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Manager to join our team as an attachment trainee, supporting the commercial efforts of HearBack, an AI-powered platform focused on voice technologies, cybersecurity, and real-time feedback solutions. The candidate will contribute to sales operations, client onboarding, and product support within a fast-paced technology company, ensuring that sales documentation and processes are organized, accurate, and efficient. They will assist in client engagement by preparing materials and guiding users through onboarding to adopt the platform effectively.
