Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be at the frontline of our sales operations — managing customer interactions, driving order fulfilment, and supporting business growth through accurate reporting and insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales process, from order placement through to delivery and payment, with accurate system updates.
- Prepare sales documentation including quotations, invoices, and reports.
- Ensure systems are updated promptly with accurate sales information.
- Manage customer communications via email and WhatsApp, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing product knowledge and solutions.
- Compile and analyze sales data, preparing regular reports for the sales department.
- Monitor competitor activity, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct weekly review of inventories and propose follow up actions to the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, marketing and finance to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
- Support group-wide sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Support any other assignments given.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of sales, account coordination, or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.
- Passion for gaming, entertainment, or lifestyle products is a plus.
