Job summary

Goodhill Enterprise (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Sales Executive to drive flooring and doors solutions for residential and commercial projects in Singapore. This role blends active sales with on-site client engagement, quotations, and order processing.

You will handle indoor and outdoor enquiries, meet customers at project sites, and help grow new accounts while coordinating project logistics. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred, with basic AutoCAD and MS Office skills advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills.
• Willingness to work in Singapore and meet customers on site.
• AutoCAD familiarity and MS Office experience are advantageous.
• Past sales experience in flooring/doors is a plus.

Sales Executive – Flooring & Doors

Looking for a hands-on sales role with attractive commission and opportunities to grow? Join our team and work with customers on flooring and door solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Salary & Commission

• 5-Day Work Week: $2,000 basic/month




• 6-Day Work Week: $2,400 basic/month




• Sales Commission: Typically $300 – $1,000++/month




• Earn more as your sales grow!

Working Hours

8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexi)

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle indoor and outdoor sales enquiries




• Meet and assist customers at project sites




• Recommend suitable flooring and door solutions




• Prepare quotations and invoices




• Follow up with customers and coordinate work arrangements




• Develop new customer accounts and sales opportunities




• Support marketing activities and product development




• Use email, Microsoft Word, Excel and AutoCAD (preferred) for daily work

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, responsible and comfortable communicating with customers




• Able to work independently and take ownership of customer enquiries




• Proficient in spoken English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.




• Familiar with email, Microsoft Word and Excel




• AutoCAD knowledge




• Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence preferred




• Sales experience is an advantage
