Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer to engage condo owners, MCSTs, and managing agents, understanding upgrade requirements and recommending suitable smart building solutions. You will conduct site visits, deliver product demonstrations and coordinate quotations, installations and post-handover support while promoting subscriptions to iPlus and Genio360.

This is a permanent role with a central Singapore location and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
Strong communication, presentation and customer engagement skills.
Customer-oriented with good follow-up and coordination skills.
Comfortable conducting site visits and product demonstrations.
Experience with MCSTs, managing agents, estate management or smart building solutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Meet condominium owners, MCST councils and managing agents to understand upgrade requirements.
Conduct site visits and recommend suitable estate tech solutions.
Promote solutions such as Intercom, Access Control, CCTV, Carpark Systems, LPR, QR/Mobile Access, Visitor Management and Facial Recognition.
Conduct product demonstrations and identify upgrade opportunities.
Coordinate site surveys, quotations, installations and project follow-ups.
Manage and promote subscription upgrades for platforms such as iPlus and Genio360.
Present new digital modules and educate clients on product features and benefits.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main post-handover contact.
Follow up on leads, provide project updates and coordinate internal support.
Prepare proposals, documentation and maintain updated estate records.
