Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a technically inclined sales professional to build and manage customer accounts within the Process Analytics division. You will identify opportunities, respond to technical inquiries, and present advanced solutions to customers and prospects.

You will conduct onsite visits and online meetings, tailoring demonstrations and quotations to customer requirements while collaborating with marketing to generate new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering.
• Interest in analytical instruments, process technology or industrial applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and delivering technical presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts and business opportunities for the Process Analytics division.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Respond to customers' technical enquiries and provide appropriate support.
• Conduct onsite customer visits and online meetings to understand technical requirements.
• Prepare commercial quotations using the CRM/SAP system.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and prospects.
• Support product demonstrations and customer engagements.
• Achieve agreed sales and customer visit targets.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to roll out campaigns and generate new opportunities.
