Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales professional to build strategic relationships with leading semiconductor and equipment manufacturers, driving revenue through targeted accounts.

You will develop new business, propose technical solutions for elastomer sealing products, and coordinate with regional teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, a customer‑oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor industry sales.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with seals, rubber, elastomer, or oil & gas products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with semiconductor and equipment manufacturers.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow customer accounts.
• Promote elastomer sealing products, especially O-rings, with tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to spot sales opportunities.
• Coordinate sales activities: quotes, forecasts, orders, and inventory.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with semiconductor manufacturers and equipment manufacturers through regular customer visits and communication.


• Identify new business opportunities, develop customer accounts, and expand existing accounts by understanding customer requirements and upcoming projects.


• Promote high-performance elastomer sealing products, primarily O-rings, and recommend suitable technical solutions based on customer needs.


• Monitor market trends, customer activities, projects, competitor products, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities.


• Manage sales activities including customer follow-ups, quotations, forecasts, reports, order status, inventory coordination, and liaison with regional counterparts.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.


• Relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, with proven sales and business development capabilities.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer relationship management, and technical sales skills.


• Self-motivated and able to work independently and manage multiple tasks; experience with seals, rubber, elastomer, or oil& gas products is an advantage.
