Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy in Singapore is looking for a candidate to undergo a 3 to 6-month paid training program while providing technical consultation to customers. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in business or engineering, possess excellent communication skills, and be goal-oriented. Responsibilities
  • Attend a 3 to 6-month paid training program at the regional head office to master product knowledge and applications.

  • Provide technical consultation to solve customer applications by selecting and promoting the most suitable products.

  • Proactively secure new customers and drive market share growth within the assigned sales territory.

  • Travel to customer locations approximately three days per week to sell into various manufacturing industries.

  • Contribute to territory strategy, implement new product launches, and coordinate seminars or trade shows.

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to all customer requests and inquiries.

  • Manage day-to-day activities autonomously with minimal supervisory direction.

Requirements
  • Preferably a Degree in Business or an Engineering-related field.

  • Interest and aptitude for mastering highly technical products and working in manufacturing environments.

  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.

  • Goal-oriented, extremely hardworking, and driven to make a measurable contribution to the company's success.

  • Proactive in reacting to customer needs and a strong desire for self-improvement through intensive training and mentorship.

  • Holds a valid Class 3 driving licence and is willing to travel extensively, including potential overnight trips.
