Job summary

AMMEGA is a global belting solutions provider across 40 countries with 6000 employees. We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sustainable sales growth in Singapore and the Philippines by building and expanding distributor networks and key accounts.

The successful candidate will act as the commercial representative, negotiate contracts, manage pricing, and collaborate with Product, Operations and Customer Service to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience managing distributors in industrial markets.
• Experience with power transmission belts, conveyor belts, bearings, pulleys, gears, or similar mechanical components.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to identify leads, present, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable sales growth and expand market presence in Singapore and Philippines.
• Develop high-performing distribution networks and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain profitable margins.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies.
• Represent the brand as commercial lead in assigned territories.
