AMMEGA is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth in Singapore and the Philippines by building strong distributor networks and expanding key accounts. You will act as the commercial representative, identifying opportunities and delivering tailored belt and mechanical solutions.

This field-based role requires 3–5 years in industrial sales, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support customers and partners across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience managing distributors in industrial markets.
• Experience with belt/conveyor components is an advantage.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with tailored commercial solutions.
• Identify and qualify leads, conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, close deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation to manage pricing and terms while preserving margins.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM to track activities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
