Job summary

AMMEGA is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sustainable sales growth in Bangladesh by developing high-performing distribution networks, expanding key accounts and identifying new business opportunities. The role acts as the commercial representative to ensure profitable growth and brand positioning.

The candidate will engage with distributors, OEMs and end users, leveraging experience in conveyors and power transmission components to deliver tailored commercial solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical).
• 5 years of technical sales experience in managing distributors, OEM and end users.
• Experience in conveyor belts, power transmission belts, bearings, pulleys, gears, or similar mechanical components is an advantage.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Dynamic team player with sharp business acumen and the capability of new business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Bangla).
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage pricing while maintaining profitable margins.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) to track and manage sales activities, accounts, and reporting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Positive, proactive, and sales-driven attitude.

Responsibilities
