Job summary

AMMEGA, a global leader in belting solutions, is seeking a Sales Engineer to strengthen its Bangladesh market presence by developing distribution networks and expanding key accounts.

You will act as the company’s commercial representative, drive profitable growth, influence pricing and terms, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for distributors, OEMs and end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 5 years of technical sales experience with distributors, OEMs and end users.
• Experience with conveyor belts, power transmission belts or similar components is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bangla with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performing distribution networks and expand key accounts in Bangladesh.
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure profitable growth.
• Act as the commercial representative for AMMEGA with distributors, OEMs and end users.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Customer Service and Finance to align strategies.
• Influence pricing and contract terms to support long-term partnerships.
