Job summary

Yokogawa Singapore is seeking a dynamic professional to drive service growth and protect the installed base. The role involves developing service opportunities, reviewing customer modification requests, and coordinating with service operations to generate competitive quotations.

You will leverage hands-on Yokogawa DCS experience to understand customer systems, configure IO needs, and collaborate with third-party vendors for renewals and expansions.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Yokogawa DCS and/or Prosafe-RS
• Ability to translate customer needs into service opportunities
• Understanding DCS IO configurations and basic cybersecurity concepts

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned budget for order intake, sales turnover, and gross profit
• Develop and grow service business and protect installed base in Singapore
• Review modification requests and generate quotations with service ops
• Drive maintenance contract sales, renewals with Yokogawa HQ and third-party vendors
• Identify new opportunities to expand installed base with cross-functional teams
• Prepare quotations and ensure timely handover to operations
