Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a sales-oriented role in Singapore to develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts and identify engineering solutions for customers.

You will conduct product presentations, technical discussions and proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to close opportunities. The role requires a degree/diploma in electrical/mechanical/electronics fields and 1–2 years of relevant experience; training is provided for those with less experience.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sales, application engineering or technical customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Experience in automation, motion control, semiconductor equipment, precision engineering, robotics or industrial equipment will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential customers.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement and follow-up.
• Understand customers' technical requirements, applications and challenges, and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions and customer meetings.
• Work closely with internal Application Engineers, Business Development and Regional Sales teams to develop sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and technical information based on customer requirements.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries and quotations to convert opportunities into sales.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Attend customer visits, exhibitions and industry events when required.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Working location: North

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am to 6pm
