Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive new business in Singapore from our Macpherson location.

You will engage customers, partners and distributors, promote industrial automation and motion control, and tailor solutions to technical needs. You should have a diploma or degree in electrical/electronics/mechatronics or automation, with relevant experience in industrial automation preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or related discipline.
• Experience in industrial automation, motor or motion control preferred.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with direct customers, distributors and business partners.
• Promote industrial automation, motor and motion control products to new and existing customers.
• Understand customers' technical and application requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Prepare product introductions, technical proposals and solution recommendations based on customer needs.
• Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving product application issues.
• Follow up closely on customer projects from initial enquiry through technical discussion, quotation and project progress.
• Conduct product and technical training for distributors, business partners and customers when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow account sales.
• Gather market and customer feedback and provide input on product requirements and new market opportunities.
• Work closely with internal technical, product and marketing teams to support customer requirements.
• Conduct regular customer visits and outdoor sales activities.

• Working days : Monday - Friday (830am to 530pm)
• Salary: $4000 - $6000 + Commission
