Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Prior sales, business development or account management experience.
• Experience in electrical, power or industrial products is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for electrical busbar products based on client specifications.
• Identify and approach potential customers to promote and pitch our range of electrical busbar solutions.
• Meet with clients to present product offerings, technical capabilities, and value proposition.
• Follow up proactively with customers to move opportunities toward closing.
• Schedule and manage appointments with new and existing clients to support business development.
• Liaise with internal engineering/technical teams to ensure quotations meet customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
• Consistently work towards and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for electrical busbar products based on client specifications and requirements
• Identify and approach potential customers to promote and pitch our range of electrical busbar solutions
• Meet with clients to present product offerings, technical capabilities, and value proposition
• Follow up proactively with customers throughout the sales cycle to move opportunities toward closing
• Schedule and manage appointments with new and existing clients to support ongoing business development
• Liaise with internal engineering/technical teams to ensure quotations and proposals meet customer specifications
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
• Consistently work towards and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred)
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management — experience in electrical, power, or industrial products is a strong advantage
• Basic understanding of electrical systems/products (busbar, switchgear, or similar) preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
