Job summary

Choon Huat Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking junior candidates to build a career in technical sales for the equipment rental and sales business. No prior sales experience is required as we provide training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome, Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

• Willingness to go on site visits and meet customers.

Responsibilities

• Create new accounts and identify new business opportunities in the equipment rental & sales business.
• Develop new customers and introduce new applications/solutions for existing customers.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
• Ensure the network of current customers is maintained and grown through regular follow-up and relationship building.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, workshop) to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual rental & sales revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
• Participate in site visits and customer meetings to understand equipment needs and recommend suitable solutions.
