Job summary

57 Employment Agency Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across front‑of‑house and kitchen, ensuring smooth service and adherence to standards.

You will manage budgets, monitor food costs and waste, lead and develop staff, and drive sales through promotions while maintaining excellent customer experience and strict health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and manage daily restaurant operations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and P&L statements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with staff development focus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including front of house and kitchen activities.

• Ensure exceptional service standards and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor customer feedback and continuously improve service quality.
• Work with marketing teams or independently plan promotions.
