Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a competent Logistics/Administrative support to handle sales quotations, order processing, PO issuance, and coordination of delivery and documentation. The role is based at Tuas and runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm, with training provided for those newer to the role.

The candidate will manage customers, vendors, and documents such as DOs and packing lists, ensuring accurate processing and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates with relevant experience will have an advantage.
• Training will be provided for those without / with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on sales quotations with customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Issue purchase orders (PO) to vendors and coordinate order processing and delivery timelines.
• Prepare delivery orders (DO), proforma invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate daily delivery and collection arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle general administrative duties, including answering calls, filing, data entry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
