Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to support the sales team in handling quotations, orders, and customer inquiries. This role is based at Joo Koon with a standard Monday to Friday schedule and working hours from 8.00am to 5.30pm.

Training will be provided to help you adapt quickly and contribute to timely order fulfilment. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma and has at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, support, or customer service, preferably in steel,

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma with 1 year in sales coordination, sales support, customer service.
• Similar working experience in steel, metals, fabrication, construction materials, or industrial trading is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotation, sales orders and related sales documents
• Process customer orders and monitor order status
• Liaise with customer on enquiries, deliveries and order requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Assist in preparing sales reports and related documentation
• Support the sales team in achieving departmental objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
