Job summary

Autronica Fire & Security Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented sales administrator to support quotes, order entries, invoicing, and shipments. You will liaise with principals, retailers and customers to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery.

The role requires MS Office proficiency, Mandarin-speaking client interaction, 1 year of relevant experience, and a six-month maternity cover contract starting mid Aug 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum G.C.E O level or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Able to converse with Mandarin-speaking clients from China.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 6 months contract for maternity cover starting mid Aug 2026.
• Working location: Pioneer area.
• Work week: Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Handling sales administration support including preparing quotes to customers in timely manner.
• Manage sales orders entries, issue invoices to customers and processing of shipments.
• Execute local delivery/shipping documents for Store Department to prepare picking and packing of goods.
• To liaise with principals, retailers and customers for all sales orders with strong communications and coordination skills.
• To coordinate with customers with regards to advance payment/LC/BG and Servicing jobs.
