Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Sales Operations assistant to support and manage daily sales activities at our Kaki Bukit location.

You will handle quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, sales orders and invoices, and respond to high volumes of inquiries by calls and emails to provide solutions to customer issues. You will connect with existing key customer contacts when needed, collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure

• Collaborate with internal teams like Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to facilitate smooth processes.
• Assist in preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents for tenders.
• Attend regular online/offline product training sessions arranged by vendors to keep to date to latest technology.

Working day : 5 days (9:00am -6:30pm)

Location : Kaki Bukit

Salary : $2500 -$3200
