Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordinator to service existing and new customers in a fast-paced food distribution environment. You will build strong client relationships, handle outbound calls, monitor order patterns, and manage sales orders with the internal Sales team and Warehouse for timely delivery.

The role requires a Diploma in Business/Marketing/Admin and a minimum of 2 years in a Sales Coordinator role; knowledge of Sales & Marketing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Admin.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Sales Coordinator.
• Sales & Marketing knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Servicing of existing and new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Monitor their regular order patterns and inventory needs.
• Proactively recommend re-orders or stock replenishment based on usage trends.
• Process and manage all sales orders retrieved from various channels accurately and promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of delivery orders and related records.
• Coordinate with customers, internal Sales team, and Warehouse to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints; escalated to relevant parties when necessary.
• Maintain and update daily sales data.
• Assist in preparing sales quotations and handlingenquiries in alignment with the S&M Manager.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, printing of store orders, and preparation of visitation forms.
• Sales support- assistin phone-in orders, quoting prices based on agreed terms with the S&M Manager.
• Support the Sales team in the execution of promotional activities and price updates.
• Maintain records of competitor activities, advertisements, and industry insights as assigned.
• Handle incoming calls from the general line and transfer them to the appropriate departments or individuals as needed.
• Ensure timely and courteous responses to all incoming queries.
• Ad Hoc Responsibilities such as supportfield sales operations when needed.Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by the S&M Manager.

Our Client, a food distribution company specialising in canned food, packaged food products, and food brand distribution, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Sales Coordinator.

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location : Pasir Panjang

• Working Days/Hours : Monday – Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

• Salary: S$3,300 higher (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
