Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Singapore (Pasir Panjang) to service and grow relationships with customers, handle outbound calls, and coordinate orders and deliveries.

Established FMCG company with regional exposure across Singapore and Malaysia, offering a friendly, collaborative environment. Diploma in Business/Marketing/Admin required, minimum 2 years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Admin or relevant.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Sales Coordinator.
• Sales & Marketing knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
• Make outbound calls, follow up on leads and customer enquiries
• Monitor customer orders, inventory needs and recommend re-orders
• Process sales orders accurately and coordinate timely deliveries
• Handle quotations, sales enquiries and phone-in orders
• Liaise with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Maintain daily sales records, documentation and filing
• Support promotional activities, price updates and competitor monitoring
• Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the Sales team

• Location: Pasir Panjang

• Working Days/Timings: 5 days work week | Mon – Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
