Job summary

DSOURCING PTE LTD is seeking an energetic Sales Coordinator to be a key contact for semiconductor customers and our global supplier network. You will build relationships, handle inquiries and quotations, process orders, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams.

You will also support business development, prepare commercial documents, and maintain accurate sales records while traveling occasionally for meetings and exhibitions in Singapore and overseas.

• Diploma or degree in related disciplines required.

We specialise in semiconductor equipment servicing, refurbishment, spare parts supply, and engineering support for leading semiconductor manufacturers and equipment suppliers.

We are seeking an energetic, customer-oriented, and professionalSales Coordinatorto become a key point of contact between DSOURCING, our semiconductor customers, and our global supplier network.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as one of the key customer-facing representatives of DSOURCING for semiconductor customers and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, and order fulfilment activities.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
• Attend customer meetings, supplier meetings, and business discussions as required.
• Provide professional communication and timely updates to customers regarding orders, repairs, projects, and deliveries.
• Support business development activities and identify opportunities to grow customer accounts.
• Prepare sales reports, proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records within company systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in dealing with customers and suppliers.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the company during customer visits and meetings.
• Highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in sales coordination, customer service, account management, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Experience in the semiconductor, engineering, electronics, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel occasionally within Singapore and overseas for customer meetings, supplier visits, exhibitions, and business development activities.
